Well well well it seems like Cloudflare just can't be stopped. The web security and content distribution network provider surprised analysts with its strong quarterly performance. Earnings per share came in at 15 cents beating expectations of 12 cents. Meanwhile revenue reached $362.5 million surpassing the projected $353.1 million. Take that analysts!

Matthew Prince the co founder and CEO of Cloudflare must be feeling pretty good right now. According to Prince Cloudflare signed its largest new customer deal and biggest renewal to date resulting in the highest annual contract value in corporate history. I can almost hear Prince saying "Clean your room and invest in Cloudflare!"

GPU Explosion: Cloudflare's Ambitious Plans

It seems Cloudflare is ready to take over the world... of artificial intelligence. The company is working on supplying software developers with graphics processing units (GPUs) for AI purposes. And get this they plan to have GPUs deployed in nearly every city that makes up Cloudflare's global network by the end of 2024. That's a whole lot of GPUs folks. Jordan Peterson would be proud!

Cybersecurity Takes Center Stage

In a world where cyberattacks are becoming all too common Cloudflare is stepping up its security game. Mark Anderson former CEO of Alteryx has joined Cloudflare as president to push their cybersecurity services to the max. And with recent terrorist attacks as motivation it seems Cloudflare is ready to fight the good fight. Stay safe out there folks!

Cloudflare's Upbeat Outlook

Looking ahead Cloudflare is feeling pretty optimistic. For the first quarter they expect adjusted net earnings per share of 13 cents on revenue ranging from $372.5 million to $373.5 million. And for the full year they project adjusted earnings per share between 58 cents and 59 cents with revenue hitting $1.648 billion to $1.652 billion. Keep shining Cloudflare!
