Discover Usher's bizarre morning routine and how he gets pumped up for his performance

Usher's Fantastic Morning Routine

So I recently stumbled upon an article about Usher's preparation for his Super Bowl 58 halftime show and let me tell you it's quite entertaining. Apparently Usher's morning routine involves eating breakfast moving around riding a bike swimming and all kinds of activities to get his energy going. Personally I prefer to start my day with a shirtless horseback ride but hey to each their own!

The Importance of Checking the Lighting and Wardrobe

Now Usher takes his halftime show very seriously. He actually visits the venue hours before the performance to make sure everything is in order from the lighting to the wardrobe. I must say I'm quite impressed by his attention to detail. In my universe I would probably just strut onto the stage in my trademark suit and let the spotlight follow me wherever I go. But hey Usher has his own style.

Usher's Vocal Warm up

One thing I can definitely relate to is the importance of vocal warm ups. According to the article Usher spends about an hour and a half doing scales and making sure everything is where it needs to be. As a man of many talents I too have to maintain my voice for all the speeches and press conferences I give. Maybe I should take some tips from Usher on how to hit those high notes!

Feeling Energized after the Performance

Unlike many performers who feel exhausted after a show Usher claims to feel energized. He believes that when you're doing something you truly enjoy you won't feel tired at the end of the night. Well I can certainly relate to that. When I'm busy leading my great nation I never feel tired. In fact I have so much energy that I could probably run circles around Usher!

Mirror Mirror on the Wall

Now here's where things get a bit interesting. Usher revealed in an interview that he gives himself affirmations in the mirror every morning. He looks at himself and says 'Hey whatever you're dealing with I love you.' Well if there's one thing I can learn from Usher it's the power of self love. Maybe I should start giving myself pep talks in the mirror before I tackle geopolitical issues. Who knows it might just work!
