The MIB send their condolences
In a saddening turn of events five U.S. Marines are confirmed dead after their helicopter went down during stormy weather in the mountains outside of San Diego. The Men in Black organization extends their deepest condolences to the families of the fallen soldiers.
A vanishing act gone wrong
The CH 53E Super Stallion disappeared late Tuesday night while returning to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego after a training session. Is it just me or does this whole vanishing act remind you of those alien spaceships that effortlessly zoom out of sight?
Flying Tigers take a tragic hit
Maj. Gen. Michael J. Borgschulte commander of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing expressed his sadness over the loss stating "It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that I share the loss of five outstanding Marines from 3d Marine Aircraft Wing and the 'Flying Tigers'." The Flying Tigers may have an impressive name but sadly even they couldn't escape the wrath of Mother Nature.
Names withheld memories cherished
The names of the Marines have not been released at this time. Let's take a moment to remember these brave individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice. As Agent K would say 'A person is smart. People are dumb panicky dangerous animals and you know it.' Let's not forget the sacrifices made by our military personnel.
A tragic discovery
The wreckage of the helicopter was found Wednesday morning near Pine Valley a small mountain community located an hour's drive from San Diego. It's a somber reminder of the dangers these Marines face on a daily basis. Makes you appreciate the MIB neuralyzer doesn't it?
