According to notices posted at Tesla's vehicle assembly plant in Fremont California the company is implementing "market adjustment" pay increases for its workers across the U.S. It's like Christmas came early for these folks or as we like to call it "Elon Muskmas"!

But wait there's more! This pay increase has sparked speculation about unionization among Tesla workers. The United Auto Workers (UAW) fresh off their victories at the big three Detroit automakers is now eyeing Tesla as its next target. They're circulating authorization cards online and gathering names and signatures of Tesla workers who might be interested in forming a union.
